Is there such thing as a free lunch? Should pharma be involved in medical education?
These are the questions medical students are confronted with every time they are offered a free lunch or are asked to go to a talk by a drug rep. PharmAware believes that there should only be ethical and transparent interactions between the pharmaceutical industry and medical professionals.
Using the PharmAwareness Student Survey (PASS) to create our evidence base, we hope to influence medical school policy surrounding doctors and drug reps, and help educate medical students on the best way to interact with the pharmaceutical industry.
